All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during bookings.
• Ensure that all passengers’ details (name, date of birth, ID proof) are correct.
• Verify travel dates, itinerary, and details before confirming.

Travel Unseen India is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment as per policy.
• Prices and availability may change until the booking is finalized.
• Payment receipts and confirmations will be sent digitally to your email or WhatsApp.

Travel Unseen India reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of payment failures or incomplete details.

• Changes, rescheduling, and cancellations are subject to availability and third-party provider rules.
• Airlines, hotels, and transport providers may charge additional fees for modifications.
• Travel Unseen India will assist in processing changes but cannot guarantee approval from third parties.

Our package prices generally include:

• Accommodation

• Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.

Prices do not include:.

• Entry fees unless listed in inclusions

Customers are responsible for:

• Valid government ID
• Passport & Visa (for international travel)
• Health certificates or vaccinations if required
• Adhering to local laws and regulations

Travel Unseen India is not liable for denial of boarding or entry due to missing/invalid documents..

Many travel components (flights, hotels, taxis, activities) are operated by third-party vendors. Travel Unseen India acts only as a facilitator.
We are not responsible for:

• Service quality of third parties
• Delays, cancellations, or overbookings
• Loss, injury, accident, or damage during travel
• Acts of nature, strikes, or governmental restrictions

Travel Unseen India is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of personal belongings
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or technical issues
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Our liability will never exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service.

Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy and the policies of airlines, hotels, and other providers. Processing time may vary (typically 7-30 business days).

Users must not:
